2. Statement on Non-discrimination under the California Privacy Rights Act. Buzfi assures that no consumer will face discrimination for exercising their rights under the California Privacy Rights Act.

Under the California Privacy Rights Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Buzfi might utilize de-identified data. Buzfi either keeps this data without trying to identify individuals or handles it as personal data according to the law.
