Do we need to register for an account with Buzfi?
We like to keep things as simple as possible for all of our customers. We know what a pain in the butt it is to have to register to a website just to view certain items or prices. So at Buzfi we do not subject our customers to jump through hoops to get information, unless they choose to. The option is yours, if you do decide to register you will be able to keep track of all of your past orders. Make sure to register to our email list to take advantage of our weekly specials and to be the first to get notified when new products and stocks hit our warehouse.
We carry a large selection of name-brand products from the most popular brands out there. These products range through a vast array of categories of polar orientations. We also have our own distributor business making the products we sell to consumer on Buzfi cheaper than other competitive online retailers. You can expect quality in purchases and excellence in service when you’re shopping at Buzfi.
How to Order
We want to make this process as easy as possible for our customers. We do not accept credit card or PayPal payments for international orders. Even though online payments are accepted within the United States additional paperwork may be required for your order to be processed if deem a requirement for certain cases. Buzfi reserves the right to decline any credit card or PayPal payments it deems fit.
All credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee, even if you are not charged this fee during checkout you are liable to paying this fee prior to us preparing and shipping out your order.
Due to recent high levels of credit card fraud we have been forced to enforce the above procedures to lessen our liability.
There is no limit of a unit when someone is buying from buzfi.com; a buyer can buy as much as a unit available in the stock. There are very few products which someone can buy only 2/3/4 flats at a time. Buzfi.com reserves the right to increase/lower the order quantity limit based on item availability in the stock of each item, which will be specified on the Product Page.
You are able to purchase all items directly on our website, but keep in mind that an additional processing fee will be required for credit card or PayPal purchases. Since we are unable to charge a processing fee due to website limitations you will be emailed a payment link to cover the processing fee by one of our account representatives right after you confirm your purchase.
Buzfi reserves the right to cancel any credit card purchase that it deems fit. Unfortunately due to recent high credit card fraud we are very cautious with all credit card & PayPal payments.
After payment has been received we fulfill and ship orders within 48-72 hours.
- Order Confirmation Email: Buyers will receive a confirmation instantly once they make a successful purchase using Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.
- Order Processing Email: Once your order been placed, Buzfi sales management team will start processing the order and buyer will receive an email regarding this.
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Once you ordered product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a valid tracking number in your email. Buzfi.com ships products from multiple warehouses so your order can be sent in split shipments. Therefore, you may receive more than one email if necessary, things are changes on shipping.
- Cancellation Email: If buyer can order; buyers will receive an email regarding the order cancellation.
- Return Email: When buyers initiate a return successfully, they will receive an email regarding return request.

Please make sure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card when you make a purchase. We care about our customer protection; transactions will never be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate. Your card will not be charged until the order processed
If you want to cancel an order that you made earlier, then you must cancel it within 12 hours, due to fast shipping process if you try to cancel the order after 12 hours it will not be possible. In that case, you can return that product once you receive but make sure you have returned the original package with original packing. Still, have a question? Your return will initiate automatically, and at the same time, please return it to buzfi.com warehouse address from any carrier that cost you less. Buzfi.com provides free shipping for all category’s products; there are only a few products which are oversized those cost some extra money, free shipping generally takes 11-13 days. If buyer request, we can deliver their desired product within one day as well, we have few shipping categories. Please check before you add to Cart.
Go to Buzfi.com, log in with user email and password. Go to all order, click on track to see which product is in which location.
Our primary focus is selling on the United States, but if we receive an order from outside the United States, then it takes little more time to deliver the products to the respective country.
